In my most recent role as Head of Insight at Guinness Housing Partnership, I introduced business intelligence and statistics tools to upgrade all reporting, oversaw a tender process that reduced costs by 20%, and deployed text analytics to understand the root causes of complaints. Before that I introduced real time satisfaction reporting at Eurostar International, while changing the way that KPIs were reported and targeted. Prior to Eurostar I spent eleven years at NatWest conducting a wide variety of different research projects, data analysis, and competitor intelligence. Outside this experience I have a particular interest in the application of data science to sports.
