I have been working in data analysis and research for all of my career, most recently in housing, but also in the European travel, financial services, media and social sectors.

These roles have involved producing and delivering reporting for board & executive level clients, designing research strategies, and analyzing and combining complex data sets.

HOW CAN I INCREASE CUSTOMER SATISFACTION?

Do you already have a survey in place, but aren’t sure how to move the key metrics (usually your overall satisfaction score or NPS?) Regression analysis will show you where you need to focus your resources to move that score.

If you’d like to survey your customers or another group, I have been designing questionnaires throughout my career. I can produce something that is concise and quick to answer, but will give you the information you need.

While there may be no such thing as an average customer, there may be clusters of behaviours, attitudes, and demographics within your customer base. Segmentation can identify and describe these clusters, allowing more targeted communication and product design.
